Whet your Appetite (and your pants!)
Review: Steamed Fish in Green Onion and Garlic Sauce Source: HappyLesson

Nothing quite says “eat me” like HappyLesson’s most recent dinner suggestion, Steamed Fish in Green Onion and Garlic Sauce. But don’t let the crazy dish title fool you with all of its fancy-pants adjectives. All it really is, is steamed fish in green onion and garlic sauce.

While both the before, and the after photos look particularly delightful (but particularly the before, and the after), there are unfortunately no instructions included as to how to prepare this fine feast. My niece is celebrating her 2nd birthday this weekend, and I was really hoping to prepare something “nummy” for the kids. Plus, the colorful presentation really seemed to tie in nicely with the inflatable jumping room we rented for the kids to play in after dinner. Now I’m not really sure what I am going to do. I guess I’ll keep searching.
In the meantime, this blog entry is going in the “Interesting Foods to Sample when Experiencing Severe Deprivation of Normal Sensory Stimulation” category, which is pretty choice in my book. SDNSS is rare.

Is that Eelpout?!? I love Eelpout.
Why, yes, I believe that just might be the poor-man’s lobster. Great guess!
