Review: Condoms a la NYC Subways

Safe-sex, unquestionably a hot topic for the 21st century, has found a new home in New York’s subway systems. Mayor Bloomberg will soon lay bare plans to institute free New York City condoms in the colors of the cities subway lines. No question, this is a Totally Choice method to promote safe-sex and help the country thwart the spread of AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases.

Speaking of Totally Choice, 2nd Ave Sagas has some suggestions for the wrapper designs, based around a few of the lines New Yorker’s are familiar with:

The G Condom Condoms wrapped in the familiar lime green of the ever-unreliable G train are for the man in your life who takes a while. Generally, you have to wait a long time for the train to come, and when it does, it’s usually a short one.

The 6 Condom As the 6 was once again rated the best subway line in the city, by the Straphangers Campaign, the 6 condoms, wrapped in vibrant green, are for great sex. Ribbed for her pleasure, perhaps?
